Service Description
Repeat medications are those which have been prescribed by a doctor previously at My Health Clinics- any other medication requests have to be discussed with the Doctor first by booking in for a Consultation. Subsequently future requests can be done in this section
Cancellation Policy
My Health Clinic / My Skin Clinic require 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel all appointments. This is due to a high number of clients failing to notify My Health Clinic with sufficient notice. All appointment slots throughout our clinics are in high demand. If less than 48 hour’s notices are given, My Health Clinic will regrettably have to deduct a treatment from your course or deduct the booking fee of £50. Booking Deposits are required for all cosmetic injection treatments booked at My Health Clinic. Cosmetic injection treatments require 48-hour notice to reschedule, failure to do so will result in a deduction of the £50 consultation fee.
